About Clockify

Clockify, part of the CAKE.com bundle, covers time tracking for individuals and teams at a lower price than most rivals. You can run a timer, enter time manually, fill a weekly timesheet, use a kiosk for shared clock-in devices, or let the desktop auto tracker record apps and sites. Time is organised by client, project, task and tag, with reports, billable rates and exports. Paid tiers add things like time-off and holiday tracking, approvals, invoicing, expenses, scheduling, GPS and screenshots, single sign-on and choice of data region. The free plan includes the core tracker and reports for a small team; paid plans are priced per seat with annual discounts, and Clockify can be bundled with CAKE.com's chat and planning apps. It runs in the browser, on Windows, Mac and Linux, on iOS and Android, and as a browser extension. The many tiers and add-ons can make it hard to tell which plan you need.

Best for: Budget-conscious teams that want timesheets, time off and approvals in one tracker.
