About Everhour

Everhour's main idea is to put the timer where work already happens. Its browser extension and native integrations add time controls directly to tasks in Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Basecamp, Linear, GitHub and others, so people track without switching apps. Behind that sit timesheets, estimates on tasks, project budgets with alerts, billable rates, expenses, invoicing that can push to QuickBooks or Xero, resource planning and time off. The company prices it with a single Team plan that includes every feature, charged per seat with no tier gating, and a free plan for up to five seats with limited features; new accounts get a 14-day trial of everything. It runs on the web with desktop apps for Mac and Windows. It is strongest for agencies and teams already committed to one of the supported project tools; as a standalone tracker it offers less than Toggl or Harvest.

Best for: Agencies that run projects in Asana, ClickUp, Trello or Jira and want timers inside them.
