About Harvest

Harvest combines time tracking with the steps that follow it: turning billable hours and expenses into invoices, taking online payment, and reporting on project budgets and team capacity. People track time with a timer or timesheet in the web app, desktop and mobile apps, or browser extensions and integrations that add a timer to tools like Asana, Jira, Trello and GitHub. Managers see budget burn, uninvoiced hours and how busy each person is, and the separate Harvest Forecast product handles scheduling. There is a free plan for a single person with two projects; Teams and Business plans are priced per seat with a 30-day free trial and add unlimited seats, team reporting and approval workflows. Apps run on the web, Mac, Windows, iOS and Android. It is less suited to companies that want automatic activity capture or attendance and shift features, and the per-seat price is higher than budget trackers.

Best for: Agencies and consultants who bill clients for hours and want invoices from the same tool.
