About NetDocuments
NetDocuments is a cloud-native document management system for law firms, in-house legal departments and the public sector. Documents and emails are organised by client and matter, with versioning, full-text search, collaboration sites, secure sharing and automatic email filing from the inbox. Security tools include data loss prevention and ethical walls. On top of the DMS it offers legal AI: an assistant that answers questions across documents, ready-made legal AI apps, an AI app builder, tabular review that pulls structured answers from large sets of files, and document automation. It connects with Microsoft 365 and Teams, DocuSign, practice management systems such as Clio, and well over a hundred other tools. It also supports the older on-premises eDOCS product. Pricing is quote-based and sold per organisation. It runs in the browser with desktop integrations and mobile access. It suits firms that want a hosted DMS without running their own servers.
Best for: Law firms and legal departments that want a fully hosted, matter-centric DMS with legal AI.
