About Raygun
Raygun offers three connected products: crash reporting for web, mobile and server apps, real user monitoring for front-end performance and Core Web Vitals, and application performance monitoring for .NET and other backends. Crash reports show stack traces, affected users and deployment versions, and an AI error resolution feature can suggest fixes. It has a particularly strong following in the .NET world. Each product is priced separately by volume, so crash reporting is billed per tier of monthly errors and RUM by sessions, with discounts for annual billing; every plan includes unlimited apps and team members, which is handy for agencies. There is no free plan, only a free trial. Compared with Sentry it has fewer integrations and no self-hosted option, but its RUM is more developed than many error trackers. It is a hosted web service.
Best for: .NET and web teams that want crash reporting and real user monitoring from one vendor.
