About SnoreLab

SnoreLab is a phone app for iOS and Android that records your sleep to find out whether, how loudly and how often you snore. You start a session, leave the phone by the bed and in the morning get a Snore Score that combines intensity and duration, an interactive chart of the night and short audio clips you can play back. You can tag remedies and factors such as alcohol, nasal strips or sleeping position, then compare nights in a trends view to see what actually helps. Premium adds BreathFlow, a measure of breathing stability, a breathing disturbance index, data export to share with a doctor and unlimited playback. The free version covers recording, charts and clips, but after the first five sessions it can't run on two nights in a row. Premium is an in-app subscription. Doctors and dentists often point patients to it, and it suits anyone told they snore or worried about sleep apnoea.

Best for: Snorers who want to measure their snoring and see which remedies make a difference.
