About Zoho Bookings
Zoho Bookings is the scheduling app in Zoho's large business software family. Customers book through a booking page or embedded widget; staff availability, buffer times and appointment limits are configured per service. It supports one-on-one, group, collective (multi-host) and recurring bookings, routing forms that send visitors to the right booking page, several round-robin style distribution methods, a customer portal, payments, and email or SMS reminders. If you already use Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail or Zoho Calendar the data flows between them, and it also connects to Google and Microsoft calendars, Zoom and other tools. There is a forever-free plan for a single user, and paid plans are priced per user per month in two tiers with a sizeable discount for yearly billing. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. The interface follows Zoho's dense house style, and some advanced items such as extra workspaces are add-ons.
