About Trafft
Trafft is booking software for service businesses such as salons, clinics, consultants, gyms and repair shops. Each account gets a booking website and embeddable booking forms, staff and service management, group bookings, calendar synchronisation, automated email and SMS notifications, coupons and payment processing through Square, Stripe and others, plus Android and iOS apps for the team. Higher plans add multiple calendars, more locations, custom features, white-labelling for agencies and a dedicated mobile app on request. Plans are tiered by the number of included users, from a small Mini plan for solo operators and small teams to Business for thirty users, with extra users added per month and discounts for annual billing. A 30-day money-back guarantee replaces a free tier. It is made by the same company as the Amelia WordPress plugin but runs as a hosted service, so no WordPress site is needed. The interface is modern, though the range of options takes some time to set up.
Best for: Service businesses that want a hosted booking site, staff management and payments together.
