About Zoho OneAuth

Zoho OneAuth is the authenticator Zoho built for its own suite, and it is the natural choice if you use Zoho Mail, CRM or Workplace. For Zoho accounts it offers push notifications, QR-code sign-in, biometric approval and passwordless modes, plus single sign-on into Zoho apps on your phone, remote sign-out of sessions and a 'restrict sign-in' switch to block login attempts. Administrators can enforce it across an organisation through Zoho Directory. It also works as a general TOTP authenticator for third-party accounts like Google, GitHub or social networks. A passphrase you set protects encrypted sync and lets you restore codes on a new device. The app is free and runs on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS, as well as smartwatches. Outside the Zoho ecosystem its advanced features do not apply, and you need a Zoho account to use it, so people who only want third-party codes may prefer a lighter, account-free app.

Best for: People and companies who use Zoho apps and want one authenticator for work and personal accounts.
