About Appointlet
Appointlet is a hosted scheduling tool for businesses that want clients and prospects to book them directly. You create scheduling pages and meeting types, connect Google or Microsoft calendars, and share links or embed booking on your website; it detects each user's time zone, supports group and round-robin meetings across teams, and adds video conferencing links automatically. The Premium plan, priced per member per month, unlocks automated reminders, manual confirmation of bookings, payment collection, intake fields, branding removal and integrations such as webhooks and Zapier, while an Enterprise tier covers larger organisations. New accounts start with a 14-day Premium trial and then drop to a free plan, and every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. It runs in the browser. Appointlet is less well known than the market leaders and its integration list is smaller, but its pricing undercuts most of them for teams.
Best for: Small teams that want affordable round-robin and booking pages.
