About Chameleon

Chameleon is a product adoption tool for SaaS companies that want on-brand in-app guidance. Teams build tours, modals, tooltips, banners, checklists, launchers and NPS or microsurveys in a no-code editor, style them with themes and custom CSS, and target them by user data pulled from tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mixpanel and Heap. A/B testing, rate limits to avoid stacking popups, and scheduling are built in. Recent versions add AI agents that draft experiences, review the account for clutter and analyse user context, plus HelpBar, a search bar users can open inside the product, and an MCP server. Pricing scales with monthly tracked users: there is a cheaper startup plan, a self-serve Pro plan billed monthly, and annual Growth and Enterprise tiers. A 14-day trial with full access needs no card. It runs as a web service installed via a snippet.

Best for: SaaS product teams that want highly customisable, on-brand tours with self-serve monthly billing.
