About Userflow
Userflow lets product, growth and customer success teams build in-app onboarding without engineering work beyond a one-time JavaScript snippet. You create product tours, onboarding checklists, tooltips, banners, NPS and other surveys, and an in-app resource centre in a visual builder, then target them by user or company attributes and events. Newer features include AI help for drafting and translating flows and an Adoption Agent that answers user questions in the app and can walk users through flows. Analytics show flow starts, completions and funnels, and data can be sent to tools like Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot and Salesforce. Pricing is based on monthly active users, starting with a block of 1,000, and every plan includes unlimited experiences and unlimited team seats. Higher plans add CRM integrations, custom CSS and more environments. There is a free trial but no free plan. It works with web applications only.
Best for: SaaS teams that want flexible in-app tours and checklists with unlimited seats.
