About UserGuiding
UserGuiding lets product and customer success teams add onboarding inside a web app without engineering work. You install a snippet once, then build product tours, hotspots, checklists, resource centres and announcement modals with a point-and-click editor, and target them at user segments. It also includes in-app NPS and surveys, a knowledge base and product updates page, analytics on how guides perform, and an AI assistant that can answer users' questions. Higher plans add no-code event tracking, localisation with automatic translation, session replay and team roles. Pricing is by monthly active users and billed per plan, with a lower entry price than many competitors, and there is a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you go over your user quota, guides stop showing rather than you being charged extra. It works on websites and web apps viewed in any browser, but it does not support native mobile apps.
Best for: SaaS teams that want no-code onboarding tours without an enterprise budget..
