About Clockodo
Clockodo, made in Germany, covers two jobs in one tool: recording employees' working hours and absences in line with labour rules, and tracking project time for customers so it can be billed. Staff use a stopwatch, manual entries or a time clock in the web app, desktop apps or mobile apps, and managers handle holiday requests, overtime, project budgets and reports. Billable time can be transferred as invoice items to German invoicing tools such as Lexware Office, sevdesk and easybill, and an API covers other systems. There are two plans, Pro and Pro Plus, priced per user per month with a small discount for annual billing; Pro Plus adds single sign-on, priority support and extended features. A 14-day free trial includes everything. It runs on the web, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. Its focus on German and EU requirements makes it a strong fit there, but international teams may find its integrations Germany-centric.
Best for: German and EU businesses tracking both statutory work time and billable project hours.
