Clockwise has been discontinued. Clockwise announced the product would no longer be available from March 27, 2026, and recommended Reclaim.ai.

About Clockwise

Clockwise was a calendar assistant for Google Calendar teams that automatically moved flexible meetings to create longer blocks of uninterrupted focus time, synced personal and work calendars, and offered scheduling links and team analytics. It was used by many technology companies and, by its own count, created millions of hours of focus time and rescheduled tens of millions of meetings. The company announced that the product would no longer be available from March 27, 2026, and pointed its users and customers to Reclaim.ai, which offered price matching, migration support and onboarding help to former Clockwise accounts. Clockwise is listed here because people still search for it and for tools that replace it. If you relied on it, Reclaim.ai is the closest match for automatic focus time and habit scheduling, while Motion and Morgen are alternatives if you also want task planning. Existing Clockwise accounts and data should be considered gone.

Best for: Former Clockwise users looking for a replacement for automatic focus time.
