About Notion Calendar
Notion Calendar began life as Cron, a fast keyboard-driven calendar for Google accounts, and was relaunched under the Notion name after the acquisition. It shows multiple Google, Outlook and iCloud-synced calendars in one view, makes it easy to check colleagues' availability, share free slots and join video calls from a menu bar shortcut, and supports time zones and shortcuts that heavy calendar users appreciate. Its distinctive feature is the Notion link: database items with dates can show on the calendar, and events can be attached to Notion pages such as meeting notes. Zoom and Google Meet links are created automatically. It is free to use, with apps for macOS, Windows, iPhone and Android and a web version. It works best for people who already use Notion and Google Calendar; it lacks task management of its own beyond Notion databases, and Outlook and iCloud support arrived later than Google.
Best for: Notion users who want a fast free calendar connected to their workspace.
