About CloudTalk
CloudTalk is a cloud phone system aimed at sales and customer support teams rather than general office telephony. Agents call from a web dialer, desktop or mobile app, and the system handles numbers in more than 160 countries, call queues, IVR, smart routing and call recording. Its main draw for sales teams is outbound tooling: click-to-call from the CRM, preview and power dialers, and a parallel dialer that rings several numbers at once, sold as add-ons on lower tiers. It integrates with around 100 CRMs, help desks and recruiting tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zendesk, and adds conversation intelligence and AI voice agents as paid extras. CloudTalk is based in Europe and prices per user per month in tiers, with discounts for annual billing and a 14-day trial that does not need a credit card. It suits teams of a few agents up to larger call centres.
