About Quo

Quo, previously called OpenPhone, is a cloud phone system for small businesses. Each user gets a local or toll-free number, new or ported, with calling and texting from apps on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows and the web. Numbers can be shared so a team answers one line together, with shared inbox threads, notes, call routing, phone menus and voicemail transcripts. Higher plans add AI call summaries and transcripts, group calling and CRM integrations such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and an AI agent called Sona can answer calls using usage-based credits. There's an API and an MCP server for AI tools. Plans are priced per user per month with a 7-day free trial. It suits small teams who outgrow Google Voice's personal-number model. Included calling and texting covers the US and Canada, and international use costs extra.

Best for: Small US and Canadian teams that want shared business numbers with calling and texting..
