About Ringover

Ringover is a cloud telephony service from France, popular with European small and mid-sized companies. Teams get virtual and international numbers, IVR, smart routing, call queues, SMS and call campaigns, all run from web, desktop and mobile apps. It leans towards sales and recruiting: more than 100 native integrations push calls into CRMs and applicant tracking systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Bullhorn and Zoho, and AI features transcribe and summarise calls. Separate add-on products cover conversation intelligence (Empower) and AI phone agents that answer and route calls. Pricing is per user per month in several tiers, cheaper with a 12-month commitment, and the entry plans need at least three users; the higher tiers include a number per user with calling to many countries. It is a reasonable switch for European teams that find US-centric phone systems weak on local numbers or GDPR-minded hosting.

Best for: European sales and recruiting teams that want calls logged in their CRM or ATS.
