About Enchant
Enchant is a help desk built for small and mid-sized teams that want simplicity. It brings email, an embeddable messenger for chat and self-service, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp and social messages into a shared inbox, with a knowledge base, rules, saved replies and reporting. Optional AI features summarise, translate and draft replies, and an AI agent that handles customer questions is in beta, priced by the number of customers helped. A free plan supports up to two users with messengers and knowledge bases, which makes it accessible to solopreneurs and small organisations, while paid plans add channels and functionality per user. It is less widely known than Help Scout or Freshdesk and has fewer integrations, and some channels and advanced features cost extra. It runs in the browser. It suits small teams and solo operators who want a clean, inexpensive help desk without a steep learning curve.
Best for: Solo operators and small teams that want a simple help desk with a free plan.
