About Helply (formerly Groove)

Helply is the support platform that the team behind Groove, a simple email-style help desk they ran for many years, has rebuilt around AI agents. It keeps help desk basics such as a shared inbox and ticketing, chat, a knowledge base, analytics, customer accounts and workflows, and connects channels including email, a chat widget, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, phone and SMS. On top sit AI agents that draft replies, investigate issues, resolve tickets and take actions, plus background agents for jobs like spotting churn risk or collecting feature requests. Pricing is unusual: there are no per-user fees, so the whole team can join, and you buy monthly blocks of credits that pay for AI work, priced by the complexity of each action. That can be cheap for teams with many occasional helpers but is harder to forecast than a seat price. Long-time Groove users should expect a different, more AI-led product. It runs in the browser. It suits teams that want AI agents doing much of the work without paying per seat.
