About Tempo Timesheets

Tempo Timesheets is an add-on for Atlassian Jira that lets people log time against the issues they work on, then turns that into timesheets, approvals, reports and billing or capitalisation data. Its automation can draft timesheets for people to review, and log-time reminders nudge people over Slack and email to submit their hours. Managers can organise teams, accounts and customers, review and approve timesheets and export data for finance. Tempo's wider suite adds capacity planning, financial management and portfolio tools on top. It is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace for Jira Cloud and Data Center, and the licence must cover every Jira user, with a flat fee for small instances and a per-user price that drops at larger tiers, plus a free trial. Because it lives in Jira, it suits software and IT organisations already there; companies that don't use Jira have no reason to choose it.

Best for: Software and IT organisations that run their work in Jira.
