About HeyForm
HeyForm is a bootstrapped, open-source form builder that offers Typeform-style conversational forms. You build forms that show one question at a time, with conditional logic, hidden fields, file uploads, payments through Stripe, themes and custom CSS, and you can embed them or share them as links. Integrations cover webhooks, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp and similar tools, and an analytics view shows drop-off by question. The code is published under the AGPL-3.0 licence, so you can self-host it with Docker at no cost, or use the hosted service, whose paid plans are priced by monthly responses and storage and come with a 7-day free trial. It is a small project, so the feature set and integrations are narrower than Typeform's and support depends on the small team and community. It runs in the browser. It suits small businesses and developers who like Typeform's style but want lower costs or self-hosting.
