Forms can show one question at a time or work as landing pages, with conditional logic, hidden fields, file uploads, payments, partial submissions and refill links so respondents can resume later. It integrates with Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Make and webhooks. The free plan includes unlimited forms, responses and pages with Youform branding; the paid Pro plan removes branding and adds custom domains, payments and analytics at a flat monthly price. Being run by a tiny team keeps prices low, but it also means fewer enterprise features, a smaller integration list and less formal support than established vendors. The company provides GDPR information and a data processing agreement. It runs in the browser.
