About HubSpot Service Hub
Service Hub is HubSpot's customer service product. It provides a help desk workspace with tickets from email, chat, forms and calls, a knowledge base, customer portal, feedback surveys and AI agents that answer questions and draft replies. Because it runs on HubSpot's CRM, support agents see the same contact, company and deal records that sales and marketing use, which makes it attractive to companies already on HubSpot. Free tools include basic ticketing and live chat, with paid Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions adding automation, SLAs, playbooks and reporting. As with other HubSpot hubs, costs can rise steeply at the Professional tier, seats are bundled in specific ways, and onboarding fees may apply.
