About Koofr

Koofr is a small European cloud storage service based in Slovenia that emphasises privacy: no trackers, no file scanning and data stored in EU data centres. Its distinctive feature is that you can connect Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive accounts and browse, search and move files across all of them from one interface, which makes it handy for consolidating scattered storage. It also offers an encrypted Vault (based on the open-source rclone crypt format), duplicate finder, WebDAV access and public receive links. Pricing is unusually cheap and flexible, with a free tier and many small and large monthly plans in euros, plus lifetime plans sold through promotions. Apps cover Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android and the web. Downsides: regular storage is not end-to-end encrypted, the apps are plain, and the company is small.

Best for: People who want cheap EU storage and one place to manage several cloud accounts.
