About Lunatask

Lunatask combines a to-do list with habit tracking, a journal, notes, mood and energy tracking and even a lightweight personal relationship manager, all end-to-end encrypted so the company cannot read your data. Tasks are grouped by areas of life and can be prioritised automatically, time-blocked onto a calendar, timed, and limited by a work-in-progress cap so you don't start too much at once; premium adds methods such as the Eisenhower matrix and Must/Should/Want. The team explicitly designs for people with ADHD. The free plan covers two areas of life, seven daily habits and most core tools; Premium is a monthly or annual subscription that removes limits and adds calendar integrations and trackers, and there is a one-time lifetime licence outside the app stores. Apps run on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, with email and browser capture and an API. The breadth means it does many things, so people who only want a task list may find it more than they need.

Best for: Privacy-minded people, including those with ADHD, who want tasks, habits and journaling together.
