About Any.do

Any.do started as a simple, good-looking to-do list and has grown into a combined task list, daily planner and calendar. Its My Day planner prompts you to review the day's tasks each morning, and the calendar view shows events and tasks together. Premium adds advanced recurring reminders, location reminders on mobile, colour tags, themes and the option to create tasks and get reminders through WhatsApp messages. A separate Teams tier adds boards and workspaces for shared work, though most people use it personally or as a family. The free plan covers lists, reminders, the calendar and sync, with some features such as the daily planner limited. Pricing is a monthly or annual subscription, with a family plan for four members. There are apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, Apple Watch and Wear OS, a web app, and extensions for Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

Best for: People who want their to-do list and calendar in one place, with reminders on WhatsApp.
