About Mailshake

Mailshake is a cold outreach tool for small sales teams, founders and agencies. You connect your own mailbox, upload a list, and send personalised email sequences with automatic follow-ups that stop when someone replies. Every plan includes email warm-up, email verification and an AI writing helper, and replies are collected in a lead inbox so reps can work interested prospects. Higher plans add inbox rotation, a unified inbox, CRM sync with Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot, and a browser-based power dialer for calling leads alongside emails. A Data Finder add-on looks up business contacts, and you can buy pre-configured sending mailboxes. Pricing is a monthly plan per user, and each paid user lets the team connect one more mail account. There is no free trial or free plan, so you pay before trying it. It runs in the browser with a Chrome extension and works with Gmail, Microsoft 365 and most SMTP/IMAP accounts.
