About Mixmax
Mixmax is a sales engagement tool that lives inside Gmail. It adds automated sequences of emails, calls, tasks and LinkedIn steps that stop when someone replies, along with open and click tracking, follow-up reminders, reusable templates and snippets, polls, and one-click meeting scheduling with booking pages. Newer additions include AI drafting and inbox sorting, an AI meeting note taker, and the ability to run outreach from ChatGPT or Claude. Every send and reply can be logged to Salesforce or HubSpot, and teams get shared reporting and workspace rules. Pricing is unusual: every paid seat gets all features, and the price depends only on how many people each user adds to sequences per month. A limited free plan and a 14-day trial with no card are available, and optional add-ons such as a dialler and custom domains cost extra. It suits sales, recruiting and customer success teams that work in Gmail rather than a separate outreach app.
Best for: Sales and recruiting teams who live in Gmail and want sequences, tracking and scheduling there.

Pros and cons
What works
- Works inside Gmail instead of a separate outreach app
- All features on every paid seat, priced by recipients per month
- Built-in scheduling, templates and CRM logging
- Free plan and a no-card 14-day trial
Why people leave
- Built around Gmail, so Outlook-based teams are a poor fit
- Unused recipients don't roll over and can't be pooled across a team
- Dialler, branding and advanced rules are paid add-ons
