About My Hours

My Hours focuses on tracking time against clients, projects and tasks with as little fuss as possible. Team members use a timer or log hours manually from the web app or mobile apps, and managers set billable and cost rates, budgets and permissions, review time with an approval workflow and audit log, and send detailed reports or invoices to clients. It does not try to monitor activity or attendance, which keeps it light. There is a free plan for up to five active users; Basic covers core tracking for teams, Pro adds rates, budgets, permissions and approvals, and Enterprise offers SSO and tailored setup, with a 14-day trial of Pro. Plans are priced per user per month with discounts for annual billing. It runs in the browser and on iOS and Android. It is a good fit for small agencies and consultancies that want clean billable-hours records without paying for features they won't use.

Best for: Small agencies and consultancies tracking billable hours by client and project.
