About Re:amaze

Re:amaze is a customer service platform that combines a shared inbox for email, live chat, social channels, SMS and voice with chatbots, proactive messages called Cues, a FAQ and knowledge base, and an AI agent. It integrates with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms so agents can see orders and customer history alongside conversations, and it supports multiple brands from one account. It is generally cheaper than Gorgias for small stores and simpler than Zendesk. Plans are priced per team member per month, with annual discounts, and include unlimited email inboxes. The downsides are a smaller integration catalogue outside ecommerce, AI features that are less advanced than leaders like Intercom, and an interface that feels a little dated. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. It suits small and mid-sized online stores, especially those running several brands, that want chat and email support together.

Best for: Small and mid-sized online stores, especially multi-brand ones, wanting chat and email together.
