About SavvyCal
SavvyCal is a hosted booking-link tool from a small independent team, built around making the invitee's side less awkward. When someone opens your link they can connect their own calendar and see both schedules overlaid, so finding a mutual slot takes seconds. Hosts can rank preferred times, create personalised links for specific people, set up round-robin and collective links for teams, and protect focus time with frequency limits and buffers. Premium adds booking pages on your own domain and emails sent from your own address. You can sign up, connect calendars and build links for free, but you need a paid plan before people can book you; there is no trial, only a 30-day money-back guarantee. Pricing is per user per month with a discount for annual billing. It runs in the browser only, with no dedicated mobile apps, which matters if you manage your schedule mostly from a phone.
Best for: Consultants and founders who book many external meetings and care about the invitee experience.
