About Vimcal

Vimcal is a calendar app built for people who spend their day in meetings. It sits on top of Google Calendar and Outlook and focuses on speed: a command palette and keyboard shortcuts for almost everything, quick time-zone conversion, availability you can paste into an email in seconds, booking links and group polls, and automatic merging of duplicate events across accounts. A separate edition for executive assistants supports managing several executives' calendars at once, with multiple simultaneous time zones and tools for delegated scheduling. The iOS app is free on its own; the full desktop and iOS experience is a subscription per user, cheaper on yearly billing, after a free trial without a card, and enterprise plans add SSO, SCIM and dedicated support. It runs on Mac, Windows, the web and iOS, but has no Android app. The price is high for casual users, and it assumes a Google or Microsoft work calendar underneath.

Best for: Executives, founders and assistants who schedule lots of meetings across time zones.
