About Smartsupp
Smartsupp is a live chat tool from the Czech Republic aimed at small and mid-sized online shops. It puts website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram into one inbox, shows which pages visitors are browsing, and offers an AI agent called Mira that answers product and order questions. Chatbots can greet visitors and collect contact details, and integrations cover popular ecommerce platforms. It is especially common among European stores, and prices are shown in several currencies, including dollars, euros, Czech koruna and Polish złoty. There is a free plan with a small monthly conversation allowance and short history, and paid plans add seats, conversations, automation and longer history. The free tier's limits mean active stores will need to pay, and its help desk features are light compared with Gorgias or Zendesk. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. It suits small European ecommerce shops that want chat and AI without much cost.
Best for: Small European online shops that want chat and an AI assistant on a budget.
