About Sparrow Wallet
Sparrow is a desktop Bitcoin wallet for people who want to see and control exactly what their transactions do. It supports single-signature and multisig wallets, full PSBT workflows, and all common hardware wallets over USB or airgapped via QR codes and files, which makes it a popular front end for Trezor, Ledger, Coldcard and others. You can connect to public servers, your own Bitcoin Core node or a private Electrum server, and Tor is built in. Its coin selection, labelling of every input and output, and a transaction editor that doubles as a blockchain explorer give much more detail than typical wallet apps. Sparrow is free and open source under the Apache 2.0 licence and runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, with a separate server edition for headless machines. It is Bitcoin only and has no mobile app, and the amount of detail it shows can be a lot for beginners.
Best for: Bitcoin holders who use hardware wallets and want full coin control and privacy..
