About SuperSaaS

SuperSaaS is a Dutch-built online booking system that has been around for many years and handles more booking styles than most: appointments with staff, rooms and equipment rental, and capacity-based classes or events. You build one or more schedules, choose how people sign up, add payment collection, and embed the booking calendar on your website or share a link. It syncs with Outlook, Google Calendar and iCalendar feeds, supports many languages and time zones, and has an API for custom integrations. The free plan is supported by ads and limited to a small number of upcoming appointments, while paid plans include every feature and are priced by how many future appointments and stored past reservations you need, in dollars or euros. It runs in the browser. The admin interface is old-fashioned and takes time to learn, but its configurability means it can handle unusual setups such as shared lab equipment or volunteer shifts.

Best for: Organisations booking rooms, equipment, classes or shifts with unusual rules.
