About Picktime

Picktime is an online booking system for appointment- and class-based businesses such as salons, spas, clinics, tutors and fitness studios. Customers book through an online booking page; staff manage appointments, classes, resources and multiple locations from a shared calendar, and the business can take payments through PayPal and other gateways. The free plan already includes three team members, resources and two locations, which is generous by industry standards, and paid plans are charged per user per month at some of the lowest prices in the category, with more resources, reminders and integrations as you move up. Room booking is also supported. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. The interface is more utilitarian than polished, and the integration list is short, but for small businesses on tight budgets it covers the essentials of booking, staff scheduling and payments without a large monthly bill.

Best for: Small service businesses that need free or very cheap staff and class booking.
