Survicate is a survey tool focused on collecting customer feedback at specific moments. You can launch surveys as website pop-ups, inside web and mobile apps through SDKs, embedded in emails, or as standalone links, and target them by user attributes or events, for example NPS after a purchase or a churn survey on cancellation. It integrates with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Salesforce, Mixpanel, Amplitude and Slack, so answers attach to customer records, and an AI insights feature summarises open-ended responses. There is a limited free plan and a short free trial without a card, and paid plans are priced by the number of responses, starting at a level aimed at businesses rather than individuals. It is not designed for general data-entry forms, payments or approvals. It runs in the browser, with SDKs for iOS, Android and web.
