About Tabby
Tabby is the biggest name in buy now, pay later across the Gulf, used mainly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. At checkout in partner stores, or through payment links and QR codes in physical shops, shoppers can split a purchase into four payments with no interest or fees, or spread larger purchases over up to twelve monthly payments, where a service fee may apply. Tabby makes most of its money from the merchant fee each time it is used. Over time it has grown into a broader money app: the Tabby Card works anywhere Visa is accepted with up to 40 days to pay, a Cash Card and account pay cashback and send money abroad, and the app lists store deals and price-drop alerts. Signing up is free and needs a national ID, a linked debit or credit card and a good credit history. It runs on iOS and Android, with checkout on partner websites.
Best for: Shoppers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia who want to split online or in-store purchases without interest.
