About TimeCamp

TimeCamp combines manual timers and timesheets with automatic tracking, where the desktop app records the apps and websites you use and can assign time to projects by keyword rules. It also handles billable rates, invoices, attendance, time off, budgets, approvals and productivity reports, and has integrations with project tools and an AI time tracker that suggests entries (billed by token usage). Its free plan is unusually generous, covering unlimited users and projects with core timesheets and apps; paid Starter, Premium and Ultimate plans add billing, approvals, automatic tracking features and admin controls at low per-user prices. It runs on the web, Windows, Mac and Linux, iOS and Android, with a browser extension. The interface is busy, and some reports and settings feel less polished than leading rivals, but few tools offer this much for the price.

Best for: Price-sensitive teams that want automatic tracking and billing without a big bill.
