Beebole is a timesheet and project-costing tool for mid-sized companies and professional services firms. Staff log time in a flexible timesheet or with timers, against projects, tasks, clients or any custom structure, and managers get multi-level approvals, budgets, cost and profitability reporting, capacity and resource planning, time off with allowances and support for multiple currencies. Custom fields, roles and permissions, single sign-on and advanced configuration suit organisations with specific compliance or reporting rules, and integrations and an API connect it to payroll and BI tools. There is a free plan for up to five users, and paid Essential and Advanced plans priced per user per month (shown in euros) with a discount for annual billing, plus a 30-day trial with no card. It is browser-based with mobile access. It is more administration-heavy than simple timers, which is the point for finance teams but overkill for freelancers.
