About EmailOctopus

EmailOctopus is a UK-based email marketing service that keeps things deliberately simple. It covers newsletters and campaigns with a drag-and-drop or code editor, templates generated in your brand colours, tags and segmentation, custom fields, scheduled campaigns, basic automations such as welcome sequences, landing pages and forms. It is popular with creators, charities and small businesses who mostly send regular newsletters and do not need ecommerce flows or a CRM. A free plan covers a decent-sized list with a monthly send cap, EmailOctopus branding, limited report history and one user. The paid Pro plan, priced by subscriber count, removes branding, keeps reports forever and adds unlimited forms, pages and users. There is no free trial of Pro, since the free plan never expires. Automation, reporting and integrations are lighter than larger rivals, and support is email-only, but it is one of the cheapest reputable options as a list grows.

Best for: Newsletter senders and small organisations that want a cheap, simple tool.
