About Microsoft Bookings

Microsoft Bookings gives Microsoft 365 organisations a booking page for customers, clients or colleagues without buying a separate tool. Staff calendars in Outlook determine availability, customers receive email and text confirmations, and meetings can include a Teams link automatically. Bookings pages can be shared for a team or a service, such as IT office hours, clinic appointments, school parent meetings or bank consultations, and personal booking pages let individuals share their own availability. Booking data is stored in Exchange Online inside the tenant, which helps with compliance reviews. It is included in many business, enterprise, education and frontline Microsoft 365 subscriptions rather than sold on its own, so the real cost is the licence you already have. It is used through the web, inside Outlook, or as an app in Teams. Customisation and integrations are limited compared with dedicated schedulers, and admins sometimes need to enable it in the tenant first.

Best for: Organisations already on Microsoft 365 that need simple customer or internal booking pages.
