About Stitch
Stitch is a hosted ELT service that copies data from SaaS apps and databases into a data warehouse, data lake or lakehouse on a schedule, leaving transformation to tools like dbt afterwards. It was one of the early self-serve pipeline tools and created the open-source Singer connector standard; it was later bought by Talend, which is now part of Qlik. Users pick sources, choose which tables and fields to sync, set the replication frequency from minutes to hours (including cron schedules), and Stitch handles historical backfills and incremental loads. It suits small and mid-size analytics teams that want simple, predictable pipelines without running infrastructure. Pricing is based on the number of rows replicated each month, with a self-serve Standard plan and annual Advanced and Premium plans that add more destinations, enterprise sources and private connectivity. There is a 14-day free trial with no card needed. It runs as a cloud service.
Best for: Small analytics teams that want simple, row-priced pipelines into a cloud warehouse.

Pros and cons
What works
- Straightforward self-serve setup and published row-based pricing
- Field-level selection and cron scheduling for each integration
- SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance on every plan
Why people leave
- Standard plan allows only one destination and ten standard sources
- Enterprise sources and unlimited users need annual higher-tier plans
- Fewer connectors and less active development than larger rivals
