About Rivery

Rivery is a cloud data integration platform for moving data from SaaS apps, databases and files into warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift and Databricks. It covers the whole ELT flow: managed connectors for over 200 sources, change data capture for databases, SQL and Python transformations, workflow orchestration with branching and loops, and reverse ETL to push data back into business tools. Teams can build custom API connectors without code, and an AI agent helps generate new connectors. Built-in version control, environments and CI/CD support dev-to-prod deployment. Pricing is usage-based on credits, with a pay-as-you-go entry edition and higher editions adding unlimited users, Python, more environments and faster syncs. Rivery is now part of Boomi, and its credits are billed as Boomi Data Units. It suits small and mid-sized data teams that want ingestion, transformation and orchestration in one managed tool.

Best for: Data teams wanting ingestion, transformation and orchestration in one managed ELT service.

Pros and cons

What works

  • Ingestion, transformation, orchestration and reverse ETL in one tool
  • No-code custom API connectors
  • Pay-as-you-go entry edition

Why people leave

  • Credit-based pricing makes costs hard to estimate up front
  • Entry edition limited to two users and hourly syncs
  • Smaller connector catalogue than Fivetran or Airbyte
