About Toodledo
Toodledo is a long-standing online task manager aimed at people who like detailed task fields. Tasks can carry folders, contexts, tags, goals, locations, priorities, stars, start and due dates, time estimates and repeat rules, and a Hotlist shows what needs attention based on your own rules. Alongside tasks it offers notes, custom multi-column lists, hierarchical outlines and a habit tracker with charts, plus a scheduler that suggests what to do with free time. The free plan includes unlimited tasks, up to ten folders and basic sync; Standard and Plus subscriptions unlock subtasks, Google Calendar sync, more collaborators, file storage, email-to-task and longer history, and a Business tier covers teams. It works in the browser with iOS and Android apps. The web interface looks old-fashioned and dense, and some features feel bolted on, but few other services expose this many fields and sort options, and you can export all your data at any time.
Best for: Detail-oriented users who want many task fields, outlines and habits in one service.
