About Zoho ToDo

Zoho ToDo is a task manager from Zoho that handles both personal lists and shared group tasks. You can add tasks in several ways, including from email, break them into subtasks, set priorities, start and due dates, reminders and recurrence, and label them. Groups let a team manage shared work, delegate tasks, comment in a social-feed style and add custom fields, categories and statuses, and tasks can be viewed as lists or Kanban boards with saved sorts and filters. Its distinguishing feature is the Unified View, which gathers tasks from Zoho CRM, People, Connect and Projects into one list, making it a natural fit for organisations that already run on Zoho. It works in the browser with iOS and Android apps. There is a free tier, and it is also bundled with Zoho Mail and Workplace plans. Outside the Zoho ecosystem it is less compelling, with fewer third-party integrations than Todoist or TickTick.

Best for: Teams already on Zoho Mail or Zoho CRM who want all their tasks in one list.
