About Superlist

Superlist comes from the team that built Wunderlist, and it shows in the friendly design and the focus on shared lists. Lists can mix tasks with free-form notes, nest sublists, hold repeatable tasks and be shared with family, friends or a team in real time. Integrations pull in work from Gmail, Slack, GitHub and calendars, and AI features can turn a voice note or meeting into a task list, summarise email and Slack into tasks, or generate lists from a prompt. The free plan allows up to five lists shared with up to five people, with unlimited tasks; Basic removes the list and member limits and unlocks integrations, and Super adds unlimited AI meeting notes and chat. It is available on macOS, iOS, Android and the web, with offline support and widgets. As a newer product it is still adding features, and Windows users only get the web version. It suits people who want a modern Wunderlist successor for both home and small-team lists.

Best for: Wunderlist fans and small groups who want shared lists that mix tasks and notes.
