About Ada
Ada is an AI agent platform for automating customer service at larger companies. You train the agent on your knowledge base and connect it to your systems with API actions, processes and MCP tools, so it can answer questions and complete tasks such as checking an order rather than only pointing to articles. The same agent can run on website and in-app messaging, email, voice, social channels and third-party messaging apps, and it supports 60 languages with switching mid-conversation. When it can't resolve something it hands the conversation to human agents in help desks such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Dixa or NICE CXone, with a transcript summary. Coaching, reporting and improvement tools help teams raise automated resolution rates. Ada is sold to enterprises through sales demos; prices aren't published. The admin dashboard is English-only.
Best for: Large support teams that want an AI agent on top of their existing help desk.
